Amazing Product, A February 7, 2012

I ordered the Elite XL starter kit for my girlfriend who has smoked for over 30 years.  So far, she has not had a cigarette for over a week, and her cravings are gone.  The Elite XL has completely replaced cigarettes for this life-long smoker.  Before starting with the Save A Smoker kit, she smoked about 2 packs a day, so this obviously works.  She can already notice that it's easier to breath.  Customer service is outstanding, they pick up the phone on the first ring and you get prompt, courteous and professional service.  I had a battery go out after a couple of days, and they send out a replacement the very day that I called.  You DO NOT have to return your defective part before receiving your replacement.  That says a lot about the company to me.  Highly recommended; you've got nothing to lose but your life or that of your loved ones.
